‘The Daily Show With Trevor Noah’ Mocks ISIS ‘24-Hour Help Line,’ Republican Stages of Grief [Watch]
Now that the media has reported that terrorist group ISIS has a 24-hour helpline set up, Trevor Noah over at "The Daily Show" has a few suggestions for American military leaders.
"The Daily Show" started out its commentary Tuesday night with a news clip of the "Today" show announcing the new terrorist helpline has been set up and it is manned 24 hours a day by leaders of the radical group who terrorized Paris last Friday.
In what appears to be a special line dedicated to terror operatives throughout the world, Noah comically remarked that the help line is the grand opportunity to get in and defeat them using it.
"All we need to do is secretly replace their help desk guys with our guys. Imagine what we could do if we could infiltrate the system," Noah said.
He then put on a typical headset worn by help center agents and spoke in an Arabic accent.
"Yes, I'm sorry you're having trouble with your suicide vest. Are you at home alone? Good. Have you tried turning it off then back on again?" Noah said followed by the sound of an explosion, which appeared to take out the terrorist at home by himself.
That is when the topic turned to how Republicans are responding to the Paris attacks, which he outlined as the Republican version of the five stages of grief.
He featured a clip of Donald Trump saying that if the Paris victims had more guns then the massacre wouldn't have happened.
The second stage was "breaking out the Nazi comparisons," where he played a clip of Marco Rubio saying that to not say that Muslims are radical is like saying that not all Nazis were bad, which Noah had a field day with.
He then used all three of the final stages with examples of Mike Huckabee's comments in the media.
