iOS 7 Jailbreak & Cydia Tweaks, News, Download, Features: Evad3rs Putting iOS 7.1 Jailbreak On Hold To Work On iOS 8 Jailbreak?
The iOS 7.1 Jailbreak update is nowhere in sight, but there just might be a reason behind it all. Are the Evaders ditching all hope with future iOS 7 jailbreaks in order to focus on the upcoming iOS 8 Jailbreak?
According to the Christian Post, the Evad3rs are reportedly not even going to bother with iOS 7 because the iOS 8 release date is coming right up and is rumored to be arriving at some point in the summer.
Mixed reports have emerged in the last week or so regarding what will be happening next with the iOS Jailbreak. It was reported that there was finally an iOS 7.1 Jailbreak update, which would help align the jailbreakers with the current version of the iOS 7, which was updated by Apple as a way to add improvements, fix bugs, and to introduce Apple CarPlay.
One report suggested that there was a new iOS 7.1 Jailbreak on the iPhone 4, but considering how old the phone is, people immediately wondered whether or not the jailbreak would be extended to the newer phones. The newer and more advanced iPhones have better security features that were implemented by Apple as a way to help ward off hackers in the first place. Nevertheless, a link to the video showing proof of the iPhone 4 jailbreak was posted on Twitter by Winocm.
It is difficult to know what to expect with the iOS jailbreaks and there have been a history of surprises, such as when the Evad3rs suddenly announced the iOS 7 jailbreak right before Christmas after spending several months working on it. Since the release of the iOS 7 jailbreak, there have been a number of popular tweaks, such as the Flappy Bird tweak that is said to give you a smooth path to the high score since it allows you to bypass the obstacles.
What do you think about the iOS 7 jailbreak so far? Have you been satisfied by what you have seen in Cydia? What are you hoping to see changed or introduced when iOS 8 is released? Feel free to chime in via the comments section located down below.
