The Dinosaur game "Ark: Survival Evolved," which originally appeared on PC, may finally wind up on the Xbox One console, GameSpot reports.

On the Steam Community Website, the game's developer apologized for the delay on the updates as well as revealed the preparation of the "imminent' release of "Ark: Survival Evolved" on Xbox one.

Although it has been previously announced that the game will be coming to Xbox One, they only cited the "winter" season to be its pending release date. "Ark: Survival Evolved" has been a popular game on PC, selling at least two million copies to date. Players who would like to have an idea on how the game would work on Xbox One can try it for free; however, Steam offers the game for $30.

"Ark: Survival Evolved" has received several updates on PC, but there's no official announcement whether these updates will be available on the Xbox One version. According to GamesRadar, ARK was introduced during the GamesCom as part of the Xbox Game Preview Early Access Program. This means that fans will probably play a beta version of the game. Its PC updates, however, will provide some stability within the game; otherwise, fans should expect a regular game developed for a different platform.

Some of the PC updates that have been released for the "Ark: Survival Evolved" include the penguin creature called Kairuku Waitaki and the Melanocetus Anglerpescum that swims to the bottom of the sea to get his prey. The anglerfish can be used as an underwater transportation when caught, or players can take its luminescent nodes to be used as "long lasting fuel" above water.

The Tribal Warfare Alliance is also one of the PC updates for "Ark: Survival Evolved." The Tribe's role is to convene players to fight in a manner that encourages everyone to be together even if it means fighting.

Whether they will appear on the Xbox One version of the game or not, it remains to be seen. GameSpot said that the full version of "Ark: Survival Evolved" may take until the summer of 2016 to finish and launch.

Primarily, the game will be available on Xbox One and later on PlayStation 4. Studio Wildcard, also known as "the studio that never sleeps," is responsible for the development of the game.
