As each week passes, the hit ABC series "General Hospital" gets even more dramatic and filled with unbelievable plot twists. This week, Nov. 30 to Dec. 4, spoilers reveal that the truth may or may not come out from the characters at Port Charles, especially Liz Webber's secrets, since Sam Morgan gives her all, just to finally discover what it is that Liz has been hiding.

As they say, the truth will set you free. However, in Liz's case, it might lead to a trap in her life that Sam pushes to find out together with friend Carly Corinthos. It has been a long struggle between Sam and Liz in Jason Morgan's heart, especially since Jason is now just with Liz despite while being married to Sam.

The two women in Jason's life continue to fight over him, and, this week, Sam and Liz will have another intense confrontation, Soap Shows reports. Sam's interest towards Liz's secrets spiked during the family's Thanksgiving dinner, where she heard Jake Spencer talking to Danny Morgan about his mother and her grandmother's conversation.

From then on, Sam has been puzzled about the mysterious conversation that may or may not put her relationship with Jason back since he has been only interested in Liz after he lost his memory.

Meanwhile, Celeb Dirty Laundry reveals that the upcoming catfight between Sam and Liz. This will lead Jason in reassuring his feelings with the Liz, telling her that she's the only one in his heart. However, spoilers reveal that there is a huge chance that this will also urge Liz to finally come clean to Jason.

It is still unknown what exactly will take place, but what is certain, as of the moment, is that this week, Jason chooses the good nurse Liz instead of Sam, who is filled with lies and violence. Celeb Dirty Laundry further reports that Carly will do her best efforts to support Sam and will even be asking Jason directly to get back with her.

However, "General Hospital" spoilers reveal that Jason will push Carly away as his mind is made up about marrying Liz and divorcing Sam. Sam will be in a bad position towards Patrick Drake for choosing to pursue Liz to get Jason.
