Rumors have been circulating, claiming that "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star Kourtney Kardashian and ex-boyfriend Scott Disick are getting back together after numerous outings and reunions. Not only that, rumors claim that Disick is slowly integrating back into his family as allowed by Kardashian.

Although reports have yet to be confirmed, Us Weekly claimed that Kardashian and Disick, who share three children together, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 11 months, are in good terms and co-parenting their children.

Although they are not yet officially back together as a couple and not yet living under the same roof, Kardashian reportedly "has 100 percent let him back in her life and family life," an insider told Us Weekly. "She's committed to reintegrating him into the kids' lives."

Apparently, Kardashian finally let Disick back as he is now sober after checking into a rehabilitation facility at the Cliffside Malibu for alcohol and substance abuse back in October. Furthermore, Kardashian is also considering Disick as part of his family again, E! News reports.

"Scott has been integrating back into the family and things are going really well. They're a family unit again," the source revealed to E! News. "When Kourtney talks about them, she says 'We.' It's no longer just her and the kids. It's all of them."

Apparently, Disick has improved a lot when it comes to fathering their children. A source said, "He has really picked up the slack on daddy duty. He's committed. He's helping with the kids and everyone, Kourtney included, sees how much he's trying. There is no question the family is back together."

In fact, Disick, Kardashian, their three children including and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan were recently reunited during Thanksgiving Day, where Kylie Jenner posted a group photo of them on Instagram.

However, it has been reported that Disick has some late-night club appearances in Las Vegas in the coming Holiday season until New Year's Eve, Mirror reports. A source from E! News speculates that Kardashian might even tag along as she understands that it is Disick's work commitment after canceling previous appearances.

"Kourtney may join Scott in Las Vegas for New Year's. It's open for discussion. There's a chance she'll go with him," the source told E! News.

"Everyone -- Kourtney included -- would prefer he not do it. But it's something he has to do because he blew off so many appearances with them. He owes them. Kourtney understands it's part of the business side of things," the insider added.
