The "X-Factor UK" hosts Caroline Flack and Olly Murs have been circling the romance gossips lately. Both have since denied the rumors and said they are just friends. However, their recent photo somehow suggests there is more than just friendship between the co-presenters.

Murs, 31, and Flack, 36, both attended the "Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards" on Wednesday, where Flack was given the "Ultimate TV Personality" award. The "X-Factor UK" hosts decided to celebrate Flack's recognition by posing in a series of comical shots inside a photo booth placed at the venue.

Flack shared a photo of the printouts on her Instagram. Three of the pictures showed the pair making silly faces at the camera. However, one particular shot captured viewers' interest. The last photo shows Murs and Flack kissing each other on the lips. The image was simply captioned with a heart emoji.

The photo has since gained over 16,000 likes since Flack posted it on Thursday. It also received mixed reactions from commentators. Some liked what they saw while others were surprised. One Instagram user named that_fahey_girl wrote, "it's f**king better be real." Meanwhile, others also expressed their confusion and wondered what the real status of their relationship is.

This is not the first time Murs and Flack had poked fun at their romance rumors. They also played up to the gossips while co-hosting the first live show for the "X-Factor UK" early in November when they pretended to kiss on stage.

The 36-year-old further fuelled the romance speculations with her statements during an interview with Mail Online's You Magazine. When asked about the real status of her relationship with Murrs, Flack had described their relationship as "not totally platonic." At the same time she also said she and the 31-year old "Kiss Me" singer are not girlfriend and boyfriend.

The "X-Factor UK" mogul Simon Cowell think the co-hosts fit each other. Cowell has reportedly been teasing the pair endless on the show. It's believed Cowell instigated the romance speculations, following Murrs' split from girlfriend of three years Francesca Thomas in September. Flack was previously also in a one-year relationship with music manager Jack Street before they split in 2014.

Sinitta, Cowell's ex-girlfriend and former judge on the "X-Factor UK," likewise weighed in on the co-hosts' relationship. She told Mirror UK that she likes both Flack and Murs and said she wants them to just "kiss and get it on."
