Khloé Kardashian has made it clear to husband Lamar Odom he cannot reside with her when he is released from a Los Angeles hospital.

Already faced with the prospect of never making a full recovery from the drug overdose he recently suffered, Radar Online reports the hits keep on coming for the former NBA star.

Kobe Bryant's 36-year-old Los Angeles Lakers teammate has been bedridden ever since he was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital emergency room in October. Odom was found unresponsive, bleeding from the nose and mouth. He has since been transferred to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

"He needs long-term care," a source said. "His associates really would like for him to have a home health-care type of situation, but that may not be possible."

Word is Kardashian couldn't have been any clearer in establishing that her home is not an option.

"She doesn't want her house to be a hospital," a source said. "She has been very clear about that."

Kardashian was by Odom's bedside around the clock after he was first hospitalized, and she has formally called her divorce from him.

However, her recent actions seem to suggest that she has no intention of ending her relationship with current NBA star James Harden anytime soon. She and Harden were recently spotted hanging out in Houston together, and Kardashian was later seen courtside at a Rockets game.

Meanwhile, Odom's children reside on the east coast. They recently flew in to visit their father, but reports are there is no plan for him to move there either.

"Lamar's people want him to be in a quality care facility," a source added. "But they are having trouble finding one that is secure and will provide him with the treatment he needs."
