The Chile constitution issue continues to hound the South American country as voters also rejected a more conservative constitution a year after rejecting a more leftist one.
After trying to pass a new constitution and having the people reject it, Chile is once again trying to pass a new constitution to replace the current one passed under dictator Augusto Pinochet. This time, however, political parties from both sides of the spectrum have agreed to replace it.
The Chile Constitution vote has concluded with voters rejecting the proposed draft of the country's constitution, which was described as the world's most progressive constitution.
