El Salvador Congress Move Reopening to an Earlier Date After Strict Lockdown Measures by President Bukele
The new legislation would enable the gradual return of regular operations in the country following extreme restrictions by the administration. Passed by Congress with 63 out of 84 votes, it would take effect a week after ratification.
