Iowa Woman Deliberately Runs Over Latina Girl, Black Boy Because of Their Race and Ethnicity

An Iowa woman has been sentenced in a federal court to 25 years in prison for two hate crimes after she intentionally ran over a Latina girl and a Black boy.
