Thirty years ago, on Jan. 22, 1984, Apple Computer Inc.'s iconic Nineteen Eighty Four-inspired commercial aired for the Apple Macintosh, ushering in a new kind of desktop computer and declaring Apple's identity as a revolutionary smasher of conformist technology.
After a two-month delay, SimCity is finally coming to the Mac on August 29, announced game publisher Electronic Arts on Monday. Initially, SimCity's mac version was scheduled for release Jun. 11. Due to quality problems, EA decided to postpone the release saying that it will be made available to Mac users by August instead.
