The American Journal of Public Health published a report on weight loss and obesity, which asserts that very few obese individuals will reach a normal weight or keep of fany lost pounds if they manage to lose the weight.

Health care professionals suggest that healthier diets and regular exercise will decrease cases of diabetes and risk of heart failure, but Latinos aren't heeding advice or understanding that those sensuous curves can kill.
