After R. Kelly's federal convictions in New York and Chicago, Illinois prosecutor Kim Foxx said her office is dismissing the pending sexual assault and abuse cases against the disgraced singer.
R. Kelly, who got 30 years in prison for sexually abusing minors, was placed on a suicide watch and is now challenging the decision of jail authorities.
