Chile and Bolivia Agree to Manage Silala River Cooperatively, International Court of Justice Says

The International Court of Justice has declined to issue a decision on a long-running dispute over the Silala River that flows from Bolivia to Chile as both countries mostly resolved their issues during the proceedings.
