Authorities have found out that Stockton serial killer Wesley Brownlee used a ghost gun to commit his acts of murder across Oakland and Stockton, California.
The Stockton Police Department has arrested a California man they suspect to be a serial killer. They arrested Wesley Brownlee whom they believed was connected to six unprovoked murders.
