Florida Trooper Uses Stun Gun on Teenager Outside His Girlfriend's House; Incident Caught on Camera

The incident was caught on a private video, where the 16-year-old boy was seen in the backyard of his girlfriend’s home on June 16th. This was when the Florida Highway Patrol trooper arrived and asked the boy to put his hands behind his back.
