Yes, it really is true. Miley Cyrus, 21, just "can't stop" and "won't stop."

After her bizarre cigarette and weed rant during her concert at London's 02 arena stage earlier this week, Cyrus continues to engage in what could best be described as "NSFW behavior."

On Friday night, Cyrus performed several acts in addition to singing at London's G-A-Y club. And boy, did she put on a show! While on stage, Cyrus was accompanied with a very NSFW prop...an inflatable penis.

The shock factor did not stop there though, Cyrus performed fellatio on the sexual prop and wrapped her legs around the penis while her fans snapped photos of the raunchy performance.

Miley was also joined on stage by her bodacious backup dancers and a female dwarf who helped her sing a number of her hits, including "Wrecking Ball."

True to Miley form, the singer wore a tight sequin leotard that barely covered her private parts.

Cyrus also took the time out to talk to her fans at the G-A-Y club.

"Everyone's a little gay," she said. "All it takes is one cocktail. And if that doesn't work, sprinkle something in their drink. That's what I always do."

This isn't the first time Cyrus has revealed her methods of "getting laid." At the O2 area performance, Miley admitted that once she gave up smoking cigarettes and turned to marijuana, she started "getting laid" more often.
