Nintendo Is Preparing New Franchises & IP in Switch; Consoles Now Availalbe in The UK & Australia, Further Restocks Coming This Week
Nintendo promises to create more franchises and fans can now expect a steady flow of unconventional new releases. The giant video game company wanted to go beyond franchises to be unconventional and revolutionary. Also, restocking has arrived in the UK and is available now in Argos, Smyths, and Amazon.
There are already 60 games confirmed in the Nintendo eShop and fans should expect for an additional announcement at E3 2017. Fans can also play now the Metal Slug, the classic ACA NeoGeo title and other alternatives for fans to try out too. Meanwhile, Has-Been Heroes will be making its hybrid console this week. It was published by GameTrust and was developed by Frozenbyte and is available in North America but not in Europe until April 4.
Also, Snake Pass was recently launched earlier this week and is now available on Nintendo Switch for £15.99. According to Nintendo's Shinya Takahashi, the company is now preparing and acquiring a lot of new franchises and one new IP after another for the console, Express has reported.
The giant company wanted to bring new experience and go beyond established franchises, taking advantage the new versatile hardware set-up and innovative Joy-con controllers.
Nintendo will obviously feature revolutionary and unconventional franchises this year's E3 gaming expo. Meanwhile, restocking has arrived this weekend in the UK and consoles are available in Amazon, Smyths, and Argos. The company urged the fans not to worry if they run out of devices as they planned for further restocks this week.
Also, Nintendo Switch is back in Australia, the console is back in three major stores in the country that includes Target, EB Games, and JB Hi-Fi. According to the report, it is the first restocking in the country following the hybrid console's launch last March 3, GameSpot has reported.
In Australia, Nintendo Switch has a price that starts at $469 and is offering two color variations for the consoles: neon and gray. Target, JB Hi-Fi, and EB Games are also selling extra sets of Joy-con controllers and other accessories as well as "1-2-switch" and "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the wild."
