'Outlander' Season 3 Will feature 13 Episode & Set to Premiere on September; Season 4 Will Start Filming ASAP & will be Based on 'Drum of Autumn'
Fans can't get enough and look forward to the new episode of the time travel story arc, "Outlander" season 3. Cast and crew of the show are now working so hard for the filming of its new episodes for the season and it looks like they have made quite of progress in the series.
According to TV Guide, Carmi Zlotnik Starz president of programming said that it really has a good quality that surely fans will be pleased with the new episodes. Also added that the show will probably be aired on September 2017 but they haven't picked an exact date for it.
The "Outlander" season 3 will feature 13 episodes and will be based on Diana Gabaldon's third book hit series. The filming of the show will move from Scotland to Cape town, South Africa last March.
Meanwhile, Sam Heughan playing the character of Jamie Fraser in the series hinted that the production will finished filming the series in May. Also, according to CinemaBlend, "Outlander" Season 4 will start filming as soon as possible.
"Outlander" season 3 will begin their battle of Culloden between Jacobite highlanders and the British government forces in the year 1746. The story goes right after Caitriona Balfe as Clair returns to the 18th century to find the stunning Highland warrior Sam Heughan as Jamie Fraser.
Meanwhile, the World War II nurse Claire was pregnant with Jamie's child and struggles with her sudden reappearance which it affects her marriage with her first husband Frank. Years have passed the couple decided to separate ways from each other but eventually haunted by the memory of their lost love.
But fans don't have to worry if Claire and Jamie will go separate ways surely, both will find their way to get back into each other's arms. On the other hand, the fourth season of "Outlander" will be based on Gabaldon's "Drum of Autumn" which it was the fourth book of the author's hit series.
