Spring Garden Painting By Vincent Van Gogh Stolen
Reports are flooding in as world famous artist Vincent Van Gogh's painting,"Spring Garden, the vicarage garden in Nuenen in the spring" was stolen from a dutch museum during the shutdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic. It is reported that the painting was stolen early Monday out of the Singer Laren museum.
Reportedly, the thief broke into the museum on Monday morning crashing the glass door. The white panel covered a door that is in the building's façade. As the world is doing preventive measures to avoid transmission of the infectious disease the thief successfully got the famous painting. Authorities now are in search of the thief and people are hoping that the painting will soon be back in the museum.

Not only Vincent Van Gogh's paintings were stolen but also the famous artist Leonardo Da Vinci, Pablo Picasso, Raphael, Johannes Vermeer and many other artists' work are also an eye catching treasure to thieves.

The Mona Lisa (art by Leonardo Da Vinci) - the Mona Lisa painting was recorded to be stolen on August, 21, 1911. Three Italian men stole the famous painting in the Musee du Louvre in Paris. The thief ringleader who was also an employee in the museum, Vincenzo Perugia hid the painting in the art supply. He also brought the painting to his Paris boarding house and later tried to sell it to an art dealer in Florence. The art dealer later became suspicious and he informed the authorities about the famous painting. He called the authorities and the Mona Lisa painting was returned to the Louvre after 28 months.

Le Pigeon aux petis pois (art by Pablo Picasso) - the famous painting of Pablo Picasso was stolen in the year 2011 in Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris after the thief threw in a bin that was believed to be emptied by the employees. Authorities had given up in finding the painting and it was also reported that the value of the painting would be 26 million dollars as of today.

Congregation Leaving the Reformed Church in Nuenen (art by Vincent Van Gogh) - Vincent Van Gogh inspired this painting for his mother who had broken her leg and his father who became a pastor and the church in the Village in Nuenen. The painting was stolen in 2002 and it was recovered in 2016.

The concert (art by Johannes Vermeer) - The 200 million dollar painting was inspired from a man and woman performing music. The painting was stolen from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston in 1990 and was never recovered up to this date.

Authorities are currently investigating the situation as the thief's break in the museum triggered the alarm. They are also now searching for the suspect. The value of the painting is still unknown.
