"Vanderpump Rules" star Peter Madrigal said there is no truth to Tom Sandoval's claim that Raquel Leviss is currently staying at a mental health facility.

According to Daily Mail, Madrigal insisted that the 28-year-old controversial reality star was enjoying a luxury resort and spa getaway.

A clip of his interview with the "Undressed with Pol and Patrik" podcast was obtained by Daily Mail, where Madrigal noted that Miraval Resort and Spa in Arizona "is not a mental health facility," and "not a rehab."

Madrigal briefly dated Leviss in 2022 after her breakup with her ex-fiancé James Kennedy. On Tuesday, Sandoval told TMZ that Leviss was in a mental facility that does not allow visitors.

He added that "no press, no family, no phone" or anything was allowed in the facility. He maintained that he went to Miraval Resort and Spa during his getaway, but Raquel was not.

Leviss earlier claimed that she would seek help after her affair with Sandoval was made public.

In April, a representative for Leviss told PEOPLE she was admitted to a 'mental health and trauma therapy" program in an Arizona facility. However, the source made it clear that it was not a rehab.

'Vanderpump Rules' Star Raquel Leviss Checking in At Mental Health Facility

Raquel Leviss' representative told E! News that the decision on the mental health treatment was decided before the cheating scandal made headlines.

Months before her family discovered the affair, the insider added that the TV star had already decided to enter a voluntary mental health counseling facility.

The source noted that Leviss was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment. Raquel Leviss apologized after the affair made the headlines, noting that there is "no excuse" and that she must own her actions.

She said she is reflecting on her choices while also trying to learn new things about herself, including her patterns of codependency and "addiction to being and feeling loved."

Tom Sandoval was the first one to release his own public apology, which was then followed by Raquel Leviss' statement.

'Vanderpump Rules' Star Tom Sandoval Cheating Scandal

Tom Sandoval said he still has feelings for Ariana Madix after cheating with Raquel Leviss. Los Angeles Times reported that Sandoval told Howie Mandel during a "Howie Mandel Does Stuff" podcast episode that she still loves Madix.

He said being together with Madix for a while felt like they were more of "best friends, family, sometimes roommates." However, Sandoval noted that there were "a lot of ways where the relationship" lacked intimacy or connection.

He added that he and Madix both faced challenges regarding their mental health and socialized separately.

Sandoval admitted that he enjoyed the "safety" and "stability" of their long-term relationship. However, it got to the point that he started to "feel trapped" as he was aging.

Neither woman in the love triangle addressed Sandoval's comments on the podcast episode. Madix was recently seen making out at Coachella with fitness trainer Daniel Wai.

A source told Us Weekly that despite the news of Madix moving on with a new man, she is not "totally ready to jump into a serious relationship."
