Grammy Awards 2015: Madonna, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, and Eric Church Among to Perform at Grammy Awards
Madonna is among the first performers announced for the 57th Grammy Awards set to air on CBS on Feb. 8.
The Queen of Pop will take the Grammy stage for the fifth time in her career, according to The Hollywood Reporter. She performed at the Grammys last year with Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.
This year's Grammy Awards comes just two days before Madonna's new single, "Living for Love," which will begin promotion to United States radio.
The seven-time Grammy Award winner releases her album "Rebel Heart" on March 10 through Interscope Records. "Living for Love" is the lead track on that album.
Madonna told Billboard of her new single, "It's kind of like the old me and the new me all mixed in together."
Back in December, the artist faced issues with a few leaks from her album that released some unfinished songs. To counter the leaks, she announced her album would be released in March. The single was not supposed to release until Valentine's Day.
Since the leaks, the album "Rebel Heart" is also ready for pre-order.
"It's crazy," Madonna said about the demos being leaked. "I mean, look at what's going on with Sony Pictures. It's just the age that we're living in."
She said, "It's crazy times. The Internet is as constructive and helpful in bringing people together as it is in doing dangerous things and hurting people. It's a double-edged sword."
Madonna also hinted she would perform for the Grammys in the interview, but it wasn't confirmed until Tuesday morning.
Other performers include Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Eric Church and AC/DC who all are performing at the Grammys for the first time.
Ariana is nominated this year for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for "Bang Bang" with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj and Best Pop Vocal Album for "My Everything."
Sheeran is up for three awards while Church is up for four.
