Mariah Carey was caught on tape over the weekend lip-syncing to her hit song "Fantasy" in Jamaica.

TMZ first posted a video of Carey not being able to keep up with her own lyrics. Since then, other outlets have picked it up.

The "Fantasy" singer also had a mishap during a live performance at Rockefeller Center for the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony where she was caught struggling to hit some of her high notes.

Carey also missed the pre-taping of the "All I Want for Christmas Is You," when fans had already showed up, ABC News reports.

"Last night's situation was beyond my control. I apologize to all that showed up, you know that I would never want to disappoint you," Carey tweeted after the incident,

"You've kept me here, in your hearts, and I keep you in mine always. We are #lambily! #ThereForMe," she added. 

On top of that, Simone DaCosta, former nanny of the singer's twins, recently filed a lawsuit against Carey. DaCosta is suing for "unpaid overtime wages, premium wages, and liquidated damages" and said she worked more than 100 hours a week "with no entitlement for breaks or for meals, and even sleep."

"Ms. Carey would often call [DaCosta] at hours in the middle of the night and demand to be taken to her children, or to be updated as to the status of her children," the suit claims. "Ms. Carey would not tolerate any delay. ... [DaCosta] was expected to be working."

Carey is also battling a divorce with Nick Cannon amidst other issues in her life. The couple has not been seen together in months.

On the bright side, Carey recently confirmed her highly-anticipated Las Vegas residency at Caesar's Palace, Entertainment Online reported. She will begin singing some of her greatest hits in Sin City beginning in May.
