The Dallas Cowboys have a big decision to make this offseason.

Do they franchise tag DeMarco Murray, sign him to a new deal or just let him walk in free agency? Those same questions must be answered with star wide receiver Dez Bryant, who is set to become a free agent.

With the Denver Broncos, most likely giving Demaryius Thomas a franchise tag, Bryant is without a doubt the best receiver who may end up on another team.

Here are five teams that could sign Bryant this offseason:

1. Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys make the most sense.

Bryant is an elite receiver, and general manager Jerry Jones doesn't want to let him get away. The Cowboys do have other pressing issues such as defense and re-signing Murray, but Bryant is a 26-year-old elite player who has tremendous upside. Losing Bryant wouldn't automatically dethrone the Cowboys as NFC East champions, but they would have a lot of work do without him. The Cowboys can definitely re-sign Bryant, but they have to make sure it doesn't come at too high of a cost.

2. Cleveland Browns

With $48.7 million in cap space, the Cleveland Browns have the third-highest to spend this offseason. Would a superstar like Bryant want to expose himself to the Browns' mediocre quarterback play? Maybe not, but money speaks. If the Cowboys don't franchise tag Bryant, he may want to take the money and run. As for the Browns, they have big offensive issues. Star wide receiver Josh Gordon has been suspended for the season, they don't have a reliable quarterback, and Johnny Manziel may not be the savior after all.

3. Oakland Raiders

Rookie quarterback Derek Carr played pretty well last season, and Raiders fans are hoping he can be the franchise guy. Despite playing on a terrible team, Carr still threw for 21 touchdowns and just 12 interceptions. Obviously, the Raiders need wide receiver help, and Bryant could be their guy. The Raiders have $49.5 million in cap space. Even though this team hasn't made the playoffs in over 10 years, they're still a proud franchise that has won three Super Bowls. Bryant knows if he joins the Raiders he will get a lot of money, a lot of balls thrown his way and a pretty good young quarterback.

4. Jacksonville Jaguars

If Bryant just wants to get the best value on the open market, then taking his talents to Jacksonville would be the best option. The Jaguars don't have a proven established quarterback, and they certainly don't show any promise of winning anytime soon. But, they have the most money to spend. The Jaguars have more than $60 million in cap space. Bryant won't have a Top 10 quarterback throwing him the football like he had in Dallas, but his bank account can soar with a single signature.

5. Indianapolis Colts

Why not?

Both Reggie Wayne and Hakeem Nicks are set to be free agents, and many believe Wayne will ultimately choose retirement. Ty Hilton is a great receiver, but Andrew Luck needs more help around him if the Indianapolis Colts are going to succeed in the playoffs. The Colts have $37.8 million in cap space, and this is a huge offseason for them. Bryant may want to consider the Colts as his next team because they have a lot of cap space, a great young quarterback, and they play in a terrible division. As good as Tony Romo is, Luck is nine years younger.

The NFL free agent and trading period begins on March 10 at 4 p.m. EST.
