Dish Network's streaming content subscription service Sling TV announced Wednesday the addition of two more channels, AMC and IFC, which are now part of its $20 core package aimed at customers who want to leave cable, reports TechCrunch.

Sling TV customers will now have access to some of cable TV's top-rated programs on AMC and IFC, such as the wildly popular AMC series "The Walking Dead," "Better Call Saul" and, soon, "Mad Men," along with the IFC series "Comedy Bang! Bang!" and "Portlandia." The two newest channels will be among the base package Sling TV sells, which also includes ABC Family, CNN, TNT, TBS, ESPN, ESPN2, HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, El Rey, Adult Swim, Disney Channel, Cartoon Network and Galavision.

The two new channels will offer a three-day catch-up window for some content at launch.

Another new Sling TV feature: a new movie add-on called "Hollywood Extra" that customers can subscribe to for $5 per month, which includes EPIX, EPIX2, EPIX3, EPIX Drive-In and Sundance TV, the company says. The pack also comes with a replay feature that allows viewers to watch programming up to one week old on demand as a DVR alternative.

Video-on-demand content from IFC, AMC, Sundance TV and 2,000 movie and entertainment titles from EPIX will be made available "soon," the company says in its announcement.

Sling TV had previously announced that in its agreement with AMC Networks programming from BBC America, BBC World News and WE tv would be included. Those channels are not currently available and Dish has only said that the channels' availability will be announced in the "coming weeks."

The Sling TV service offers live television on a variety of devices for $20 per month, plus add-on entertainment, sports and other packs with channels available for $5 more each.

Users can access Sling TV through most computers, mobile devices, or media streamers. The software is available on Windows and OS X. Sling apps are available on Android and iOS. Sling content channels are available on Roku and Amazon Fire TV, but not Apple TV.
