William Levy posted a picture to his Instagram account of himself just taking a breather in the sun.

The star captioned the photo, "Yeah... I'll relax a little.. Sometimes you need it."

As rumors spark about his breakup with actress Elizabeth Gutierrez, the two have been frequently spotted together, but they are not back together, "Sal y Pimienta" reports. 

Levy says they are just like family.

He made it clear that he and Gutierrez will always support each other no matter what happens between them.

Levy is the face of a new rum called Miami Club Rum. Gutierrez showed her support for Levy at the launching of Maimi Club Rum in February.

"I am super happy to do something new that my family can celebrate with me and that I can feel closer to them," he said. "Elizabeth and I are family and we always will be. We have known how to compartmentalize."

They have been very dedicated to their children together, though they are not very open about the relationship.

Their daughter, Kailey, turned five on Friday and Gutierrez celebrated in a "Frozen"-themed birthday party with family, according to Latin Post.

Kailey loves the movie and has watched it with her dad Levy multiple times. He previously told Latin Post that she loves to sing "Let it Go."

Gutierrez has been focusing on her kids lately and is happy that so many reached out to her about Kailey's birthday.

"U guys are just amazing!! Thank u 4 all the messages, the [love], the beautiful pics for my lil K," she said.  

The stars also have a son together named Christopher which Gutierrez also posts pictures of. In one photo with him the caption reads: "I'm so proud of you my love."
