Chris Rock shared that he has been stopped by police on three different occasions over the last seven months.

An outspoken critic of what he sees as the disparities between the way blacks and other minorities are treated as opposed to whites by some law enforcement officers, Rock shared his thoughts on the New York grand jury's recent decision not to indict any of the Staten Island officers involved in the choke hold death of Eric Garner by tweeting, "This one was on film."

And now Rock claims to have his own footage to share, as the comedian made it a point to video all his encounters with officers, posting the last tweet under the caption, "Stopped by the cops again wish me luck."

CNN reports Rock posted similar photos of two similar encounters back in February, though it's unclear where either of the stops took place. Rock owns a home and resides in an upscale section of New Jersey. Beyond that, Rock has yet to publicly comment on how any of the incidents turned out.


Years ago, in a sketch for his HBO special, "The Chris Rock Show," Rock filmed a sketch that he hinted was the black man's blueprint to avoid being beaten by police. In addition to never being on the wrong side of the law, Rock joked one should always bring a "white friend along for the ride."

Rock also once filmed a scene with Jerry Seinfeld in "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee," where the two are pulled over for speeding as Seinfeld drives an orange Lamborghini.

"Here's the crazy thing," Rock says in the segment. "If you weren't here, I'd be scared."

The 50-year-old Rock has also starred in such films as "New Jack City," Boomerang," "Beverly Hills Cops," "Lethal Weapon 4," "Nurse Betty" and the documentary "Good Hair."
