"Dancing with the Stars" pro Derek Hough wants to see what Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is cooking - on the dance floor.

The two-time winner of the dance competition is back for Season 21, and he has a few celebrities in mind for the much-anticipated cast. Hough talked to Entertainment Weekly during the red carpet for the 2015 Industry Dance Awards and Cancer Benefit Show in Hollywood on Wednesday and shared some of his ideas on the faces he'd like to see compete for the Mirror Ball Trophy.

"I wouldn't dance with him obviously because he's a dude," Hough said during the interview. "But The "Rock would be funny. Or Kevin Hart would be awesome to watch."

Despite the excitement surrounding the famous faces set to step into their dancing shoes, the show has to say goodbye to one of its most familiar faces.

In a report from USA Today, executive producer Rob Wade confirmed that Len Goodman would not be returning to the judges' table for the upcoming season.

"Len will not be returning as a judge this season on 'Dancing with the Stars' due to his schedule as a judge on 'Strictly Come Dancing' in the UK and the birth of his new grandson," Wade announced in an official statement.

As one of the original judges of the hit television series, Goodman will surely be missed at his place alongside other judges Carrie Ann Anaba, Bruno Tonioli and Julianne Hough.

Wade assured fans that Goodman will still be involved "at some capacity", and Hough seconded the sentiment saying, "He'll be here. He'll be in and out. But it's the 21st season on top of doing 15 seasons in England simultaneously so he's a champion man. He's our guy. I love him. I love Len and I'll miss him but he's not going just yet. He ain't going just yet."

No official word yet on Goodman's replacement, although Wade had previously mentioned guest judges filling in for the missing judge. For now, Hough has no plans to join his sister on the panel.

"I would be too antsy behind a desk," he admitted to Entertainment Weekly in the interview. "I would want to get out there and move and dance. I think I've still got a lot more in me. So, no plans on slowing down right now."

"Dancing with the Stars" season 21 begins on September 14, 2015 on ABC.
