Joe Jonas Sells Hollywood Hills Home for $2.9M
DNCE band member Joe Jonas sells his California home.
Jonas, the singer-actor who was once part of the "Jonas Brothers" band, has officially said goodbye to his Hollywood Hills abode, Los Angeles Times reported. The 26-year-old music artist reportedly sold it for nearly $2.9 million. This was almost the same asking price he offered on the market two months ago, per a Variety report. The blog site noted in October that Jonas paid $2.6 million for it in July 2013.
Citing marketing details, Variety noted that the Los Angeles home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. However, the next owners will probably enjoy their master suite that comes with a walk-in closet and a lavish master bath that displays marble finishes, double vanities, a soaking tub and a separate shower.
Within its 2,888-square-foot living space, the Traditional-themed house boasts a living room, dining room and media room. The home also provides an enviable kitchen equipped with a center island, high-end appliances and marble-lined counter tops.
The dwelling place built in the 1930s also comes with a two-car garage.
The interiors showcase naturally lit spaces, barrel-vaulted ceilings that give a more airy ambiance, a stone fireplace and French doors.
Outdoors, the Hollywood Hills estate is landscaped with a garden in the front, a pristine-looking backyard and a lovely shaded terrace that opens up to the living room via the French doors. A relaxing night party with friends or relatives will be easy to arrange as it has amenities like a grilling station, an outdoor dining area and a swimming pool.
Focusing on his music career
Jonas had a brief romance with young model Gigi Hadid and their relationship did not work out because of their hectic schedule, People broke the news in November.
"Joe and Gigi's relationship recently ended. Nothing serious happened...it wasn't a dramatic break up. It was just hard to make it work with their schedules. They will definitely remain friends," a source told People.
Jonas may really have a hard time meeting Gigi regularly as he had just started his DNCE band. In September, DNCE teased music fans of their newly-formed group via a short video on Instagram. The clip showcased an interesting melody with only "D N C E" as the lyrics.
Yet, Jonas may still remember Hadid even if turns his full attention on his band. People noted that the stunning model co-directed DNCE's music video for its first song, "Cake By the Ocean."
Meanwhile, Hadid is now linked with former One Direction band member Zayn Malik, who is heavily pursuing her, Mirror notes.
Is it really the end for the couple dubbed as "G.I. Joe?"
