‘Scream Queens’ Finale Spoilers: Killer Has Been Revealed
The entire first season of "Scream Queens" has been a whirlwind of mystery and intrigue. Last night, the show wrapped up its freshman run on Fox with a big reveal and a few more added to the body count.
According to Entertainment Weekly, "Scream Queens" finally revealed who the last killer was and there were also a few other shocking turn of events that eventually landed fans with a happy and still disturbing pool of "events to come" for Season 2.
This is the part of the article where I tell you if you have not seen Episodes 12 and 13, "Dorkus" and "The Final Girls," you need to be warned major spoilers are coming for the season finale, and you should only proceed with that in mind.
Fans of the show already knew that Pete had admitted to being a killer in the previous episode, and the finale picked right up where that left off. Pete was serious when he said it, but there were certain circumstances that led him to it. He knew who the killer was when he witnessed Boone in the act and followed him home.
But after Boone was killed, there was more to the story.
Suffice it to say Pete eventually agreed to go along with the Red Devils and help them take down the sorority house. But Pete was not the actual Red Devil killer (exception of Roger) or the bathtub baby twin.
No, that honor went to none other than Lea Michele's Hester, also known as Chanel #6. She eventually killed Pete as well, just before he could reveal the DNA results of the bathtub baby's identity to Grace.
The final hour of the night opened up on a fast-forward to the end of the school year where Zayday was the new KKT President and Grace was the Vice President alongside Hester as the treasurer.
As you might have guessed, the final episode featured the aftermath of the killings, and the entire aura of secrets were given to the audience via flashbacks.
In the end, it was Chanel, Chanel #2 and Chanel #3 who took the fall for the killings, and they were currently enjoying their life of incarceration. Happily ever after, for those who survived.
