'Pitbull's New Year's Revolution' Lineup Announced: Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes, Prince Royce & More to Perform
Pitbull has once again partnered with Fox to ring the new year with "Pitbull's New Year's Revolution," which will broadcast live from Miami's Bayfront Park on Dec. 31, 2015.
Back in November it was announced that the rapper would be once again hosting his own live New Year's party after the success of the 2014 show, which included performances from Ne-Yo, Becky G, Fifth Harmony, Fall Out Boy and Enrique Iglesias.
According to a new press release, the show will be co-hosted by "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star Terry Crews and talk show host Wendy Williams.
The Cuban rapper will not only be leading the night, but will also be performing a medley of his most popular songs.
The night will also include performances from a variety of artists, like Puff Daddy & The Family; "Empire's" Yazz, who will perform with Timbaland; and Jussie Smollett, who will also be singing popular tunes from the hit series.
Fans will also get to see Canadian pop singer Shawn Mendes and Fifth Harmony's Camila Cabello take the stage together to perform their hit single "I Know What You Did Last Summer."
Pitbull's fellow Latin superstar and bachata singer Prince Royce, who made his official crossover to mainstream pop music this year, will be taking the stage as well. So too will pop singers Austin Mahone and Pia Mia, R. City, and legendary group Earth, Wind and Fire.
The show will air on Fox from 8 to 10 p.m. ET It will then take a break to allow the airing of local news, before returning at 11 p.m.
The rapper has been promoting the gig on his social media accounts, recently sharing a Spotify playlist of music from the artists set to perform at the New Year's event on Instagram on Dec. 17.
"Check out my official #PitbullNYE @Spotify Playlist featuring tracks from all the hot artists playing live on air on New Year's Eve at 8/9c on FOX. Get hype for the year's biggest party at fox.com/nye! #Pitbull #NewYears #LetsParty #Dale," he captioned the post.
