Taylor Swift's highly anticipated music video for "Out of the Woods" will premiere during "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest " on Dec. 31.

The announcement about the music video premiere was made on Tuesday morning on ABC's "Good Morning America." The official "Rockin' Eve" Twitter account echoed the announcement a few hours later.

The "Rockin' Eve" social media account did not specify the exact time that the video will air, nor did it state whether Swift would make an in-person appearance to introduce it. Swift has been busy promoting her "The 1989 World Tour" documentary, but she could pop up at the broadcast to surprise her fans, especially since she revealed that the track is one of her "favorite songs on this album because it best represents 1989."

"New Year's Rockin' Eve" is generally a long broadcast, so fans could be waiting all night to see the video. "Out of the Woods" was the second song to be officially released from Swift's fifth studio album, "1989," so seeing this video will be a long time coming for the singer's fans.

"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest" will feature more than five hours of music and more than 38 acts, including performances from Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan and Demi Lovato in Times Square. Jenny McCarthy is also set to return to the show to report from the crowd in Times Square.

West coasters won't be left out of the fun, as the Billboard Hollywood Party will take place during the broadcast in Los Angeles. It will feature performances from One Direction, Nick Jonas, 5 Seconds of Summer, Elle King and many more.

"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest" begins at 8 p.m. ET on Dec. 31 on ABC.
