Besides being witnessed by hundreds of fans, reports also claimed that the two dined at Kama Bistro in La Grange on Sunday and visited Oberweis Dairy in Western Springs, where the British singer and the American actress showed some PDA.

Holding hands and arms around each other are the statements that several onlookers claimed to have seen between the two. "He was putting his arms around her. They were standing like that for a little bit and he kissed her on the cheek," an onlooker told The Sun.

Photos also circulated, showing the two stars walking hand-in-hand in a romantic stroll in the city. Of course, the two also stopped for photos when fans asked them to.

In fact, it seemed like the duo didn't seem to mind the commotion and were not hiding their affection with each other. Meanwhile, People reported that the rumored couple also stopped by the yogurt store Red Mango to get tasty desserts.

The duo sparked romance rumors upon being spotted at the Millions of Milkshakes in Hollywood earlier this month. Both were sitting side-by-side and close enough to be considered romantic.

The One Direction band member is also expecting a baby with another woman, Los Angeles-based stylist Briana Jungwirth, by early 2016.

The Sun speculates that the 23-year-old singer might just be a boyfriend to Campbell while being a good father to his child with Jungwirth.

The news also comes after One Direction announced that they will be taking an 18-month hiatus from all their musical works, including appearances and concerts to spend time with families, friends and spend their hard-earned money.
