Teresa Giudice is back home with her family after being released from the Danbury Correctional facility early Wednesday morning.

People Magazine reports the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star briskly walked out of the minimum security prison after serving nearly 11 months of her 15-month sentence on bank fraud-related charges.

"She couldn't wait to get home to Joe and the girls from the minute she set foot in prison," a source said. "She is so happy and grateful that she is able to be home with them, for Christmas, no less."

The 43-year-old Giudice was picked up by her attorney James Leonard Jr., and she is now expected to serve out the remainder of her sentence on home confinement at the couple's New Jersey mansion.

"Everyone's just very proud of how she's handled things and gotten through it and stayed strong," a source previously told E! News. "They're really thankful she's finally coming home."

Giudice has already signed on to rejoin the cast of "Real Housewives," and producers are rumored to have been delaying filming on the new season in hopes of being able to incorporate her in more of the scenes. She is also expected to soon publish her memoir, detailing her time and experiences behind bars.

In the meantime, she only seems focused on celebrating with husband Joe and their four young daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana.

The celebration, however, figures to be a short one. Over the next several months, Joe is expected to surrender to authorities to commence serving out his 41-month sentence on charges similar to those his wife was convicted of.

The 43-year-old Italian native could also face deportation actions after completing his sentence, as he is not a U.S. citizen.

"No one's thinking about that right now," a source added. "No one's thinking beyond having Teresa home again."
