The WWE roster has been hit by a lot of injuries with several superstars likely missing at WrestleMania 32. One of the superstars who are appearing is The Rock, who confirmed last Monday that he will be present in Arlington, Texas at the AT&T Stadium on April 3, 2016.

"It's official: People's Champ is coming home to do three things with the people. Set an all-time attendance record, electrify Dallas like never before, and make all-time WrestleMania history. And we have fun. Ok, that's four things but you know what the hell The Rock's saying. Thank you, WWE Universe. It's always an honor coming home and I wouldn't miss it for the world," The Rock wrote on Instagram.

The Rock has appeared at every WrestleMania since his return to WWE in 2011. He hosted WrestleMania 27, wrestled John Cena at WrestleMania 28 and 29, opened WrestleMania 30 with Hulk Hogan and Stone Cold Steve Austin, and made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania 31 with Ronda Rousey to confront Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

The rumors of a mixed tag team match at WrestleMania 32 surfaced, but Rousey's filming schedule made it impossible to book. There were also talks of a possible The Rock vs. Triple H match as the two have a long history or a rematch between The Rock and Brock Lesnar from their SummerSlam 2002 title bout.

But according to PWInsider via Wrestle Zone, The Rock will not be appearing to wrestle or in any wrestling capacity as he has insurance with a scheduled movie shooting in 2016. The insurance issue will prevent him from doing any wrestling moves before filming because producers want to avoid him getting injured.

"The Great One" last wrestled a full match back in WrestleMania 29 against Cena and the movie studio didn't mind him wrestling at that time. However, "The People's Champ" suffered a torn abdominal and abductor tendons completely off his pelvis in the match and the filming of his movie "Hercules" was pushed back until he fully recovered, per TInquisitr.

Nonetheless, WWE teased The Rock's appearance will involve another physical encounter when they commented on his announcement via WWE.com. "The Great One memorably dropped by last year's WrestleMania, held at Levi's® Stadium in Santa Clara, California, where he and UFC sensation Ronda Rousey cleared the ring of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. What will The Rock have in store for the WWE Universe this April?" the statement said.

The Rock last made an appearance on WWE on June 27 in a live event in Boston, where he confronted Bo Dallas and gave him a "Rock Bottom."
