Being beautiful, talented, and hard-working pays off: Latina bombshell Sofia Vergara has just plunked down more than $10 million for a brand new house in the heart of ritzy Beverly Hills! 

The New York Daily News is reporting that Sofia signed a check for $10.6 million to purchase a villa that is over 11,000 square feet. Within this large expanse of space, you can find seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a large outdoor pool, spa, high ceilings, and rooms decked out with hardwood floors and furnishings. The digs even include a "wine tasting floor!"

The home has a "wood" theme throughout: there are wood cabinets in the kitchen, wood French doors throughout the house, and wood floors all throughout. The wood is also a dark wood. 

In the family room, the "dark wood" theme continues: the walls are lined with bookshelves, and the wood floors match the beams in the ceiling and the bookshelves themselves. Making our way to the dining room, the wood theme continues, with wood wine racks built within the brick-stone walls and a wood family room complete with service for 10. Wood continues into the bedrooms, where dark wood French doors open up to garden villas. Finally, outdoors, the estate holds a nice stone-based eating area... one of many. There is also maid's quarters, room for a personal chef, and a professional gym!

According to The Examiner, the $10.6 million setback is only a minor drop in the bucket for the actress, model, and entrepreneur: between June of 2012 and June of 2013, she made in excess of $30 million. But now, she's projecting to make a lot more than that, because in addition to her acting roles, she has endorsement deals with such companies as Diet Pepsi, K-Mart, and Rooms 2 Go (where they offer Sofia by Sofia Vergara Furniture -- one such offering, the Santorini living room set, will set you back $2,000! Granted, it's a nice living room set, but...).
