After selling out the original shows for their 2016 concerts at the United Palace Theater, Aventura added 12 more dates and will now have over 75,000 fans in attendance.

The group revealed on their Twitter account that they're now completely sold out and final reunion shows have sold over 75,000 tickets.

According to Billboard, the group's original concert dates, set for Feb. 4, 5, 6 and 7, sold out in under three hours of going on sale on Ticketmaster.

On Dec. 11, Aventura then added four more shows, for Feb. 11, 12, 13 and 14, which sold out even quicker than the first few shows, selling out within 45 minutes.

On Dec. 12 they announced new shows for Feb. 18, 19, 20 and 21, followed by four last shows on Feb. 25, 26, 27 and 28.

The group's shows are in such high demand because it is the last time they will perform together, but also because of the success and influence the group has had on bachata music.

Aventura is credited with changing up the sound of the genre with their second album, conveniently named "We Broke the Rules."

The album has been praised for being the first to combine bachata with pop, urban, hip hop and R&B styles and for using both Spanish and English lyrics to help expand the genre to new audiences.

Since they disbanded in 2011, the group's lead singer Romeo Santos has seen the most success. His popularity, in the U.S. and internationally, has grown immensely since going solo.

This year, a YouTube music artist insights report revealed that Santos beat out mainstream stars like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé for the most views on YouTube.

According to a Wall Street Journal study, Santos is also considered the most popular artist in more than 50 neighborhoods in New York City, therefore making sure any shows that the Bronx-born star has in New York sell out.

Santos was also named the Top Latin Artist of 2015 by Billboard.
