Although Netflix's hit comedy series "Orange Is the New Black" is still months away from releasing Season 4, a special video trailer was recently released by the inmates of the fictional women's prison to spread a little holiday cheer, prison style.

According to Deadline, the show released the video as a holiday special, a tease for what fan favorite characters were up to over Christmas.

The themed clip puts a spin on the holiday classic tune "Twas The Night Before Christmas." It features an ensemble of primary characters spreading the holiday spirit by singing along to the song, but with their own lyrics, detailing Santa's visit to the prison instead of the usual story.

If this video is an indicator of who is going to show up on Season 4 of the series, then there were a few notable characters present. Fans who have been keeping up with the show remember that they last saw Alex (Laurie Prepon) locked in a shed with a killer, as Kubra (Eyas Younis) had arranged.

Fans couldn't help but wonder if she would make it out of there alive, or if she would show up on Season 4 as a regular. Alex was on Season 3 as a regular, but only as a guest on Season 2. Naturally, fans have to wonder if she will finally be killed off or spared for more seasons.

But Alex showed up in the holiday video, meaning she could indeed be scheduled to appear on Season 4 of the show.

After the characters finish their story in the little Christmas sing-along, the warden closes out the video by telling them they are "all getting shots," following their assault on "Old Saint Nick."
