A new trailer has been released for television's biggest show "The Walking Dead."

Fans of the show have been glued to their TV sets since Season 6 started back in October. Now the second half of the season is about to give them the biggest and most intense scenes of the series.

According to Deadline, there are no happy endings for the group, as the Walker horde has not only invaded Alexandria, but are actively seeking out some food.

Since the show left off earlier this month, fans will expect nothing less than the best. But Season 6b is poised to feature much more than just zombie action. The show has had plenty of that over the years. The real pinnacle of the season is something that fans of the comic series have been waiting a long time to see.

In the beginning, there was The Governor (David Morrissey), the first human big-bad. He cost Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) some of the lives of his company in the end, a loss fans experienced like no other.

Then the crew encountered the cannibals at Terminus, but they made a quick meal out of them and moved on to Alexandria, finding that there were still some good people left in the world. Of course, the Wolves moved on them, and they had to fight their own kind yet again.

When Season 6 returns there will be a new big-bad, one that fans of the comic series consider to be unrivaled: Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).

The character is infamous, not just because he is a freelance opportunist in the new world, but because he goes straight for the jugular of fans of the show.

He is the one that is ultimately responsible for the demise of characters that have been fan favorites since the beginning of the show.

Those who have read the comic series know that Negan and Lucille are about to make their debut. But this article will not elaborate any further to avoid spoilers.
