A Las Vegas feud could be brewing between Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez amid rumors the "Oops, I Did It Again" singer might not be ready to share the Sin City spotlight.

With Lopez set to commence her Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino residency early next year and Spears now signed to perform in the same capacity there through 2017, Life & Style reports Spears is rumored to be "irate" over being forced to share the stage with the "American Idol" judge.

Spears, 34, has now been performing her "Piece of Me" tour in Vegas for nearly two years, with some going as far as to contend it's largely responsible for her being able to resurrect her once stalled career.

Now it's rumored, to maintain her grip on the city, Spears "is doing everything she can to make sure J.Lo is out of town within weeks."

As part of her plan, Spears has reportedly requested more, larger-than-life props of herself be erected to make sure she always stands out.

"She can take over the props space J.Lo has just to make her feel unwelcome," a source said.

Several media outlets have reported Lopez has complained about the development, but to date, management hasn't done much to change things.

"For now Britney feel like she's winning the war," a source added.

Forty-six-year-old Lopez previously shared she has big plans for her Vegas show.

"I want it to be a high-energy, Bronx-kind of block party," she said. "The most exciting shows make you dance, and scream, and jump up and down. I want people to really let loose. I'm just looking to do the best Jennifer Lopez show anyone has ever seen."

Lopez's "All That I Have" show is officially set to kick off on Jan. 22.

"I want the show to be always changing, so it's a unique experience every time -- one night a Selena song, and another maybe something by Diana Ross," she added.
