Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik could be taking their relationship to the next level. The new couple sparked speculations they could be moving in together after they were spotted hunting for apartments in New York on Monday afternoon.

Malik and Hadid stirred rumors they are ready to live under the same roof even after only a few months of dating. According to reports, the pair was photographed visiting apartments that were available for rent along the SoHo neighborhood.

The Victoria's Secret model was spotted wearing a grey ensemble on her afternoon walk with Malik. Hadid wore a turtle neck polo shirt and long cloak paired with drawstring pants and boots. The former One Direction member, on the other hand, opted to go all black on his apartment hunting with Hadid.

Malik was photographed stepping out of one of the apartment buildings in New York wearing dark coat and jeans paired with black boots. The singer somehow looked tired and sleepy in one of the photos taken from their excursion posted by Mirror UK.

However, before the rumor mill gets into overdrive, a source told E! News that Malik and Hadid are not moving in together. The source claimed they were just simply looking around for apartments and nothing more.

The new couple has been open about their relationship since they were spotted holding hands while leaving a posh club in Los Angeles last year in December. They continue to confirm their romance through their respective Instagram accounts.

Recently, the 20-year old shared a photo of a shirtless man on her Instagram. Hadid didn't have to caption the intimate shot for fans to recognize that it was Malik in the picture because they recognized his tattoos. The singer is seen in the photograph shirtless as he sits on a bed cuddling Hadid's pet kitten in his arms.

A couple of weeks ago, Malik also shared his photo with Hadid on his Instagram page. In it, the 22-year-old singer has his eyes closed as he posed with the model cheek-to-cheek. Hadid and Malik first grabbed the dating headlines when they were spotted hanging out several times in November at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood. Malik was previously engaged with Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards and Hadid in a previous relationship with Joe Jonas.
