Bill Cosby, Andrea Constand Incident Captured on Video?
Radar Online is exclusively reporting Pennsylvania police have composed a "secret" Bill Cosby file that could land the legendary comedian behind bars in his ongoing sexual assault probe.
Among other things, the file is said to contain official statements made by Cosby and alleged victim Andrea Constand, whom Cosby was recently formally charged with felony assaulting in 2004 at his suburban Philadelphia mansion.
The multimillion-dollar property where the alleged incident took place has long been protected by surveillance cameras, and authorities are now hopeful the reported attack might have been captured on video.
At the time, Constand worked for the athletic department at Temple University and voluntarily went to Cosby's home seeking advice from him related to a potential career change.
"Cosby made a point of telling her in advance that they would be alone and that she should wear comfortable clothes," a law enforcement source said. "He greeted her in a sweat suit when she arrived just before 9 p.m."
As the night wore on, Constand spoke of feeling "drained" and "emotionally occupied," prompting Cosby to give her herbal medication he insisted would "take the edge off."
After also drinking a glass of wine, Constand claimed she began to experience blurred vision and difficulty speaking. She added she later awoke to find herself sore and her clothing in disarray. In at least part of his statement, Cosby told investigators he had consensual sex with her.
In all, more than 50 women have now come forward to claim they were drugged and sexually abused by the now 78-year-old Cosby over a period that spans more than five decades. Cosby has denied all the allegations, and, prior to the Constand case, had never faced criminal charges.
In an attempt to cover his steps, a source added the "Cosby Show" dad later had several phone conversations with Constand and her mother, which were recorded and could perhaps prove to his detriment.
