Louis Tomlinson and Danielle Campbell have yet to publicly confirm that they are a couple. However, they continue to stir romance rumors and were recently spotted on a grocery trip together.

Tomlinson and Campbell were spotted hanging out together again amid the dating reports. They were spotted on Friday in Hollywood picking up groceries from Bristol Farms and looking very much comfortable with each other. The pair were photographed loading their groceries in a cart and among their purchase is a box of Corona Extra.

Mail Online shared several photos of Tomlinson and Campbell loading their groceries. "The Originals" star looked busy talking on the phone at the same time while she loaded their groceries. The One Direction singer looked relaxed and was photographed holding a cigarette.

The pair have been spotted on several occasions lately. Fans were convinced that they are already a couple after they were seen kissing during a vacation in the Alps. A supposed video showing Tomlinson and Campbell sharing a kiss while on the terrace of a VIP lounge has been released online.

In the recent days after One Direction announced they are going on a hiatus, Campbell and Tomlinson were reportedly also together in the U.K. It's said the actress visited the singer in his hometown. Campbell was reportedly treated to a rowdy night at the famous comedy "Top Secret Comedy Club" in London, where they ended up getting asked to leave because they were being noisy.

The pair's grocery date also comes amid reports Tomlinson has decided to move to Los Angeles to be with Briana Jungwirth. Jungwirth is reportedly expected to give birth to her baby with Tomlinson this month. It's believed the singer had assured his baby mama that he will always be there to support her and the baby when the time comes.

Tomlinson has reportedly moved near to Jungwirth in California to fulfill his father duties. One of the 24-year-old singer's pals told Mail Online in a previous report that Tomlinson is ready to become a dad.

"Although they're not romantically involved, Louis thinks Briana is a great woman and will be a fabulous mother. Louis has been helping Briana financially and is prepared to get stuck in with all the tasks that caring for a baby demands," the friend said.

However, it's believed that Tomlinson's move to Los Angeles would also bring him even closer to Campbell.
