Joe Wicks ensures his 90-day fat loss plan called the "Shape, Shift and Sustain," or "SSS" plan, will yield successful results for everybody. It has reportedly helped women who have been wanting to get pregnant conceive.

Wicks, famously known as "The Body Coach," told Mail Online in an interview that these pregnant women were emotional when they thanked him for helping them get pregnant through his "SSS" diet plan. These mothers reportedly approached him during a book tour for his "Lean In 15" book.

"A woman came up to me and said she'd been trying for a baby for months and months and months. She did the plan and basically fell pregnant. She came over crying because she was so emotional and happy," he said.

The 30-year-old former personal trainer also revealed that a friend was supposed to have an in vitro fertilization (IVF) just to get pregnant. However, when she tried his "Shape, Shift and Sustain" diet plan, his friend got pregnant after losing weight.

Wicks said his method does not promote drastic weight loss or extreme diet. Instead, he suggests being healthy and eating healthy can help women get pregnant.

Wicks became an Internet sensation after sharing inspirational messages about weight loss and healthy eating on his Instagram page. According to Mail Online, Wick's initially ran a boot camp near where he lives in Richmond and Surbiton to help people lose weight and feel better about themselves.

However, he soon realized his interest to extend his teachings on a more long-term strategy. That's when he used social media as his business platform.

Wicks made a name for himself among his followers in Australia and Doha. Soon, he was corresponding with his followers/clients who were interested to invest on his "Shape, Shift and Sustain" diet plan. He made a fortune out of his 90-day fat loss program in a year's time.

According to Mail Online, Wicks "SSS" plan became a hit that it increased the number of his clients. He now runs an office in Richmond to cater to all his clients' needs or inquiries.

"When I started my social media I never set out to make a business. Then I realised that so many people were asking me questions about diets so I thought it was a good chance to create a plan and actually help people off these low-calorie diets," he told Mail Online.

Wicks also uses his Instagram to post client's before and after shots of their body to motivate others and to prove that his "Shape, Shift and Sustain" plan works.
