WWE: Stephen Amell, 'Stardust' to Face-off in a Singles Match Soon?
The WWE is reportedly planning to revive the feud between "Arrow" star Stephen Amell and Stardust in the coming days that will ultimately lead to a singles match. In a report by PWInsider, both gentlemen are scheduled to appear at "The Heroes & Villains Fan Fest" at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey on Jan. 23.
PWInsider says that both Amell and Stardust will be shooting a promo in the event and start the build for their long awaited one-on-one match. WWE started to tease the continuity of the feud when the "Arrow" star won the Slammy Award for "Best Celebrity Moment" for his performance in last year's SummerSlam with Neville against Stardust and King Barrett.
"The Prince of Dark Matter" accepted the award in behalf of his rival but threatened the Canadian actor on Twitter, saying that he will melt his Slammy trophy.

According to What Culture, the WWE is looking to capitalize the popularity of Amell as his show, "Arrow," is currently running its fourth season. He will also star as Casey Jones in the movie "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows" along with WWE superstar Sheamus and is scheduled for release on June 3.
The tag team match at SummerSlam involving Stardust and Amell was a success as the 34-year-old actor showed good skills inside the ring. He showed up with a fit physique as well as performing a high-risk maneuver, diving outside the ring to take out his rival and Barrett.
Amell is also a lifelong WWE fan so he will be very invested in the feud that started in the Memorial Day episode of Monday Night RAW last year, per WWE.com. "The Green Arrow" was at ringside when Stardust hissed at him before a match with Neville.
That ignited a long social media war between the two, which eventually led to a confrontation on the Aug. 10 episode of RAW. Stardust took a cheap shot on Amell, who was seated in the crowd that prompted the actor to jump the barricade.
He easily took down the man formerly known as Cody Rhodes with a spear and a few hard punches. Amell was also able to hang with the Triple H in terms of his promos after he was confronted that led to the SummerSlam match.
