Gwyneth Paltrow stars with Mark Ruffalo in her new movie "Thanks For Sharing," and it is certainly proving to be one of her racier roles to date. In it, Paltrow plays a woman who is dating a reformed sex addict, and gives us plenty of reasons to become sex addicts as well.

At one point, Paltrow can be seen in the movie trailer attempting to seduce her partner, played by Mark Ruffalo. Clad in nothing more than some skimpily lingerie, the 40-year-old is proving that age is just a number. What's more, she says you don't have to maintain a crazy diet to attain a similar body.

"It's why I exercise for two hours every day," Paltrow said in an interview. "Because I want to enjoy my life and I love pasta. Like last night I came home and had a fresh baguette and cheese. And a martini. I don't believe in depriving yourself. I think it creates a bad psychology."

Two hours a day is quite a bit of work, but then again, the blonde beauty has never looked better. Like all habits, she says that over time it became effortless for her to maintain the routine, and now she feels better and more vibrant than ever before.

"It makes me look younger and feel strong," Paltrow told People of her workout routine. "When I first started, I thought, 'I'll never be good at this. This is a nightmare!' But now it's like brushing my teeth, I just do it."

The film, which is set to be released in the United States in September 2013, also stars Tim Robbins, Josh Gad, and, of all people, the pop-rocker Pink. Although the movie is full of laughs and feel good moments, Paltrow also notes that some of the subject material is not as light-hearted as it may seem.

"There's a line in the movie where somebody says something like, 'Isn't sex addiction just an excuse that men use when they get caught cheating?'" Paltrow said on the red carpet last year when the movie premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. "But actually it is a real pathology. And it was interesting to learn about it and to see what the behavior is and what causes it and how people are sober. It was very interesting."
