Chris Brown Accuser Denied Entry to Hollywood Club
The woman who claims Chris Brown punched her was recently denied entry to a Hollywood Club where the "Loyal" singer was partying.
TMZ reports Liziane Gutierrez was instantly turned away at 1 Oak when she showed up while Brown was inside with a crew that included troubled "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reality star Scott Disick.
Word is Gutierrez desperately tried getting inside on several occasions and got "the hand" each time, while all her friends were freely allowed inside.
Gutierrez filed a battery complaint in late December alleging Brown punched her in the face, after she realized she had left her cellphone inside a private party he was hosting in his Las Vegas suite and dared to take a picture of him. At that point, she alleged the singer launched into a tirade that ended in the assault.
Gutierrez further alleged she then left the party and wound up at the hospital seeking treatment for her injuries.
Reps for Brown later categorized the allegations as "undeniably untrue."
Several media outlets also later reported Brown was contemplating formally filing a defamation suit against his accuser.
"Ms. Gutierrez was escorted out of the private after party at the Palms Casino Resort for being disruptive and out of control," reps for Brown said in a statement. "Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown's security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown-throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she "could buy everyone in the hotel."
Gutierrez also previously had a run-in with singer Jason Derulo, after his crew denied her access to the "Want You to Love" singer's tour van during a show at The Argyle in Hollywood.
Citing the incident with Derulo, reps for Brown have deemed her alleged antics "a pattern of behavior."
