Celebrity bodies are without a doubt stunning and close to perfection. Fans can't help but wonder on what their diet secrets are as they'd flaunt their flawless physiques. Listed below are some of the Latina celebrities and their secrets on how they kept their bodies perfectly toned.

Shakira

Having a baby can sometimes affect a woman's body, but that statement however is a myth for Latina singer Shakira. The "Waka Waka" singer lost her baby weight in a span of 2 months, but after delivering her second son, Shakira decided to adopt a more strenuous workout routine and went on a strict diet.

The singer shared her diet plan on the Healthy Celeb website which usually consists of Ezekiel bread with avocado and tomato and a cup of coffee. Her lunch, on the other hand, would mostly involve a "salad with some chicken or fish (100 grams) to complement it." And her dinner is a choice of either fish or steak.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez managed to keep her body perfectly toned and in shape with rigorous workout, but Tracy Anderson, a celebrity trainer, stated that "abs are made in the kitchen." Anderson then added that J.Lo follows a strict high vegetable diet and minimizes her processed food consumption.

Anderson told Byrdie that "It's all organic, and it's all very well thought out, with the balance of very high-quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food." Anderson revealed, "Everything is fresh. There's nothing processed."

Demi Lovato

Flawless and perfectly sculpted abs would be the words to describe the singer Demi Lovato. Joey Rubino, who is her personal trainer from her "Neon Lights" tour, dished out her body toning secrets.

Perez Hilton was able to interview Rubino, and he revealed Lovato's workout routine. Rubino told Hilton, "We mainly focus on Bootcamp style workouts that consist of very little down time, lighter weights but a lot of reps -- keeping the heart rate high and working up a good sweat. Workouts like these offer variety and a chance to have some fun while working hard and getting great results."

As for Demi Lovato's eating habits, the singer stated that it was difficult for her to keep track of her diet while on tour. Lovato talked to Fitness about her eating disorder stating, "I was done being afraid of food and so tired of overeating and not knowing why I did it. Now I'm on a structured meal plan. I eat four small meals and two snacks a day. It's teaching me portion control."
