Chanel once again makes waves at Paris Fashion Week. The nature-inspired and Zen-like Chanel Couture Spring 2016 show combined high fashion and eco-awareness on the runway, giving the audience their most serene experience of the whirlwind season, per WWD.

From the beige hues to an array of raw and natural materials -- twine, straw, linens and more -- the Chanel pieces all combined to pay tribute to the easy beauty of nature.

"I think it's the first couture collection done in the ecological approach," Karl Lagerfeld told WWD. "It's fun to do this after being high-tech."

Aside from the jaw-dropping clothes of the Chanel Couture Spring 2016, here are five notable moments during the show that make it one of the biggest of Paris Fashion Week.

Cara Delevingne and her canine friend

It's not often that a dog steals the show during a fashion show, but Cara Delevingne's adopted mixed breed pup named Leo seems to be born a star. According to a report from Vogue, the model-actress sat with Leo on her lap with a chew toy. While Delevingne was clad in high fashion Chanel, her adorable pet proved to be an eye-catching companion and accessory, drawing even more attention than her sequin-covered jacket.

It Girls on the runway

There were plenty of stunning models in the runway, but most notable are the hottest starlets in the fashion and entertainment industry: Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner. The three best friends staked their claim in the fashion circuit during the Chanel Couture fashion show. According to a report from People Style Watch, the girls have all long been mainstays of Chanel, although only Jenner has walked for the couture arm of the brand.

Baptiste Giabiconi

Although the spotlight was mostly on the female models and pieces, Lagerfeld's male muse Baptiste Giabiconi attracted more than his fair share of attention as he strutted down the runway. According to a report from Vogue, the rising star of the modelling world donned a gold tweed jacket and patchwork pants.

The Dollhouse

The Grand Palais was transformed into a Zen-inspired garden during the Chanel show and the eco-friendly wooden house was the heart of it all, a report from Reuters revealed. Towering over the runway and the sprawling lawn, the minimalist-styled structure was where the models emerged from. At the end of the entire show, the house opened to reveal all the Chanel models on the different partitions and levels, creating a picture-perfect tableau with Lagerfeld, the bride and Giabiconi in the middle.
