Multiple Grammy winner Marc Anthony's recently bought quasi-Colonial mini-mansion in Los Angeles suburb of Tarzana, California is now up in the market for $4.35M.

This 6,590 square foot mini-mansion was bought by Anthony for her beautiful wife, 26-year-old Venezuelan model Shannon de Lima as a wedding present for $4.1M in Jan.

Built just last 2014, the two-storey home has five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, dining and living rooms, an office room, a study room and two family rooms, as stated by Real Estate.

This charmer features dark hardwood floors throughout, a game room with wet bar and coffered ceilings. The gourmet kitchen has also equipped with a Subzero fridge, double Wolf ranges and two Calacatta center Islands. It is also accentuated by granite countertops and herringbone wallpaper making it more sophisticated.

The most alluring part of the house is the private terrace that sits next to the master suite. The perfect spot to rest from stress, this terrace will give anyone a breathtaking mountain views. It includes a clawfoot tub which is perfected with a crystal chandelier and a walk-in closet with glass doors which is described as "delicate glass vitrines."

The salsa crooner's house also features a motor court and an oversized four-car garage. It also has its own spa and family room adorned with glass-fronted bookcases.

Anthony's outdoor boasts a bar with built-in grill, an outdoor fridge, fire pit and a gazebo perfect for an outdoor relaxation. The gunite swimming pool is also one of the amazing spot in the house as it overlooks San Fernando Valley.

According to La Times, Anthony has been in a buy-and-sell mode lately. In April, after purchasing his present to Lima, the singer-songwriter sold his mansion in Encino for $2.425M to JaVale McGee, a professional basketball player. He has also sold his eight acre compound in the Long Island community of Brookville, N.Y.-a property which he and his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez owned, for $12M.

Marco Antonio Muñiz or simply Marc Anthony is a five-time Latin Grammy and two-time Grammy winner. Taking his inspiration from artists such as Juan Gabriel, Puente and Ruben Blades, he became known as the "top selling tropical salsa artist of all time." In 1993, Anthony launched his first Spanish-language album entitled Otra Nota which included his salsa hit "Hasta que te conoci" (Until I Met You).
